The UAE legal position you agree you have read

This is the most important section of these terms, and using the site means you accept it.

The General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA) was established in September 2023 and licenses commercial gaming in the UAE. Its remit to date covers The Game LLC national lottery, the land-based integrated resort licence held for Wynn Al Marjan Island (scheduled to open September 2027), and online gaming, where a single operator has been authorised so far. Sports wagering falls within the licensing framework. The GCGRA-licensed online product is geolocation-restricted to players physically inside the UAE, prohibits VPN use and is limited to players aged 21 and over.

Money, currency and the limits of what we can tell you

The UAE dirham is pegged to the US dollar at roughly 3.67.
